WHAM Day Out – Easter Sunday Elan Valley
March 31 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Our traditional Easter Sunday outing to the Elan Valley.
Meet at the OK Diner in Leominster @ 09:00 for a 09:30 start.
NOTE: The clocks go forward today so you lose an hour in bed. We’ll keep the start time at 09:00 for 09:30 to limit the pain 🙂
Route comprises 3 Legs:
Leg 1 – A loop over the Shropshire Hills and down to Kerry then up over Llandiloes to Rhayader & the Elan Valley Visitor Centre – 71 Miles
Leg 2Â – The highlight of the day through the Elan Valley, Devils Bridge and back to Crossgates – 60 Miles
Leg 3 – Return to Leominster – 37 Miles
Join us for as much of the ride as you wish, ETA at the Elan Valley is 10:45.

WHAM rides are only open to Full Members of Worcester & Hereford Advanced Motorcyclists.Â
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled time to sort riding groups. Please refer to our Program Page for ride-out details.
Please familiarise yourself with our Group riding Policy before joining a ride-out.

All riders are reminded to check the weather forecast before each ride. If the temperature falls below 3 degrees please remember that the road temperature can be lower and there will be a risk of black ice. In addition heavy flooding and high winds add considerable risks to motorcyclists. WHAM will not normally cancel rides due to weather conditions so it is up to each rider to make their own decision whether it is safe to ride or not.
